Our primary focus is medium to large HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning) projects.

We specialize in commercial, large retail and process environmental control installations and refurbishments.

Our aim is to maximise the value to the Client by providing the best value for cost and to reduce our Client's risk by delivering solutions that work, on time and on budget.

1st Mechanical design and project management employees are approved authors of Producer Statements (Design) and (Construction) for mechanical services.

All 1st Mechanical site staff are Site Safe qualified.
