1M Joins Toitū Reporting Framework with Strong First-Year Results

1M is proud to be included in the 2024 OCS Australia and New Zealand Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Report — the first time our business has been fully incorporated into the Toitū Net Carbon Zero certification and ESG reporting footprint.
In our first year of inclusion, 1M achieved:
✔️ A 30% reduction in gross emissions
✔️ A 58% reduction in waste to landfill
✔️ Recognition as a Toitū Net Carbon Zero certified business
✔️ Support for 11 apprentices across HVAC and electrical trades
✔️ Ongoing investment in colleague wellbeing, safety, and development
These results reflect the practical, people-first approach that has always guided our business — and our ongoing focus on building smarter, more sustainable systems for our customers.
