Our commitment
As part of OCS New Zealand, 1M is pleased to share the 2025 OCS Australia and New Zealand ESG Report.
The report highlights progress made across environment, social responsibility and governance during 2025. For 1M, this included maintaining Toitū Net Carbon Zero certification, expanding apprenticeship and workforce development programmes, strengthening governance and reporting, and continuing to invest in the skills and technical capability needed to support customers.
Together, these initiatives reflect 1M’s commitment to responsible growth, long-term customer partnerships and building a more sustainable future.
