The team has designed and built major projects for a range of clients from universities and hospitals to retail, commercial and data centers.
We have worked on a number of flagship Green Star building projects and are members of the New Zealand Green Building Council.
We work closely with consultants and clients’ representatives to complete the designs and estimates for the project, coordinating with other trades where required. We seek to provide the most cost-effective design, identifying and dealing with potential problems and communication issues early.
1M can provide producer statements or equivalent for mechanical services design.
